The reasons the company gives
The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers. The progress through FY2025 has been compiled based on the SDGs Declaration made in November 2020 and the quantitative targets established in May 2021. The base year and scope for the CO2 and industrial waste reduction targets were reviewed because the previous targets are expected to be achieved ahead of schedule and to respond to changes in environmental policies in Japan and overseas.
