「The Company resolved to transfer the LivePocket business (the “LPT business”), operated by its consolidated subsidiary Avex Live Creative Inc. (“ALC”), to a wholly owned subsidiary newly established by ALC and then transfer all of the issued shares to KDDI Corporation, and entered into a share transfer agreement on the same date.」
As part of its efforts to select and concentrate on businesses, the Company has disclosed for the first time a plan to transfer the LivePocket business to a newly established wholly owned subsidiary and then transfer it to KDDI Corporation. The transfer price is expected to be ¥4,650 million, the transfer date is expected to be 28 June 2024, and the ownership interest after the transfer is stated to be 0%.
