The reasons the company gives
The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers.Against a backdrop of the popularity of the TOUR AD 2026 FI model in the US market, orders from foreign-affiliated club manufacturers were strong, and sales volumes of the Company's branded shafts exceeded initial expectations. Foreign exchange movements also contributed positively, leading to higher revenue and an improved gross profit margin. For the full year, however, the Company said that numerous uncertainties, including challenging market conditions, higher oil prices resulting from the situation in the Middle East, a stronger dollar and weaker yen, and inflation concerns, made further revenue growth difficult to anticipate.
