「Following the relocation of the timber business head office plant to the Fukuyama Plant in June 2018, the former head office site became an idle asset. We therefore decided to transfer it to improve the efficient use of management resources. The asset was land measuring 10,539.61 m², with a transfer price of ¥382 million, carrying value of ¥95 million and estimated gain on transfer of ¥254 million. Handover was scheduled for 30 June 2019.」
