Reason for the revision

Sales through e-commerce and to end users increased substantially, while sales of lifestyle products and eco-products also remained strong. In response to the weaker yen, higher crude oil prices and logistics disruptions, the company entered into forward exchange contracts, secured raw materials and increased inventories, enabling business performance to remain strong from the third quarter onward. Net income attributable to owners of the parent is expected to benefit from a ¥101 million reduction in the tax burden under the wage increase promotion tax incentive.

Previous-period resultsFiscal year ended August 2025: Net sales ¥27,453 million, operating profit ¥5,706 million, ordinary profit ¥6,011 million, net income attributable to owners of the parent ¥4,078 million, earnings per share ¥70.87
Dividend forecast revisionIncreased the year-end dividend for the fiscal year ending August 2026 by ¥1.50, from ¥31.00 to ¥32.50, resulting in an annual dividend of ¥32.50.
