Reason for the revision

In light of interim consolidated period results exceeding the forecast figures announced on 15 October 2025, significant growth in sales to end users and e-commerce, and strong sales of eco-products and lifestyle products, the full-year forecasts have been revised on the assumption that the forecasts for the second half remain unchanged, while taking into account one-off expenses, primarily M&A-related costs, and extraordinary gains and losses. The impact of consolidating two companies as subsidiaries is expected to be immaterial.

Previous-period resultsNet sales ¥27,453 million, operating income ¥5,706 million, ordinary income ¥6,011 million, net income attributable to owners of the parent ¥4,078 million, and earnings per share ¥70.87
Dividend forecast revisionThe year-end dividend forecast has been increased by ¥1 per share, from ¥30 to ¥31. The annual dividend forecast has also been revised from ¥30 to ¥31 per share.

The reasons the company gives

The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers.

The interim consolidated period results exceeded the previous forecasts, while sales to end users and e-commerce, as well as sales of eco-products and lifestyle products, remained strong. The full-year forecasts also reflect one-off expenses, primarily M&A-related costs, extraordinary gains and losses, and the impact of consolidating two companies as subsidiaries.
