「The Group's live IP business is seasonally busiest from July to August each year due to the nature of the business. Accordingly, the Company changed its fiscal year to run from 1 July through 30 June of the following year to mitigate the impact of seasonal factors on net sales and other results, improve operating efficiency and enhance management transparency through the timely and appropriate disclosure of management information, including business results.」
