The reasons the company gives
The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers.Revenue increased due to stronger sales of priority mattress products, the introduction of KING KOIL displays, new construction and replacement demand driven by high hotel occupancy rates, the launch of new models and efforts to attract corporate customers at shops and showrooms, and growth in overseas exports and direct-to-consumer e-commerce. Higher costs for raw materials and other items, together with increased expenses such as personnel and promotional costs, were absorbed by the increase in gross profit generated by higher revenue and expanded sales of high-margin products.
