「The Group's reportable segments had previously comprised the Photography-Related Business, Lens-Related Business and Special-Purpose Equipment-Related Business. After considering the business structure, products, applications and sales-scale balance of the reportable segments, from the first quarter of the current fiscal year we separated Surveillance & FA-Related Business, previously included in the Special-Purpose Equipment-Related Business, and renamed the reportable segment Surveillance & FA-Related Business. We also combined the remaining Special-Purpose Equipment-Related Business with the Lens-Related Business to create a new Mobility & Healthcare, Other Business segment.」
From the first quarter, the company revised the 3 former segments by separating Surveillance & FA-Related Business and combining the remaining Special-Purpose Equipment-Related Business with the Lens-Related Business as Mobility & Healthcare, Other Business.
