Suzuki Kengo (鈴木 謙吾), Noda Yuko (野田 優子) and Nakagawa Kensuke (中川 憲亮) were determined to meet both the company's and the Tokyo Stock Exchange's independence criteria and to have no risk of conflicts of interest with general shareholders.
