The reasons the company gives
The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers. The Company expanded its business scale by making Faskia Holdings and 3 subsidiaries consolidated subsidiaries. In the Medical Total Solution Business, sales from bundled sales associated with the construction or relocation of medical institutions and other facilities, which had been the core business, declined, but sales increased in other areas. The main factor behind the decline in operating profit was a decrease in gross profit caused by a lower profit margin resulting from a decrease in large, high-margin projects.
