The proposal entitled "Appointment of Accounting Auditor" is scheduled to be submitted to the 36th ordinary general meeting of shareholders scheduled for 21 May 2026. Upon the conclusion of the shareholders' meeting, the accounting auditor is scheduled to change from Taiyo LLC to HLB Meisei LLC, which is scheduled to be appointed as the new accounting auditor.
