Our consolidated subsidiary エムジーホーム was scheduled to acquire 100% of TAKI HOUSE in July 2020. TH develops more than 100 detached subdivision homes annually, mainly in Kanagawa and Tokyo, and the stated estimated acquisition price is ¥898 million.
