In connection with the organizational changes effective 1 October 2026, we will abolish the Sales Support Headquarters and rename the Management Headquarters as the Administration Headquarters. In addition, because director Hattori Satoshi (服部聡昌), currently head of the Management Headquarters, will resign effective 30 September 2026, representative director and president Watanabe Masashi (渡邊将志) will concurrently serve as head of the Administration Headquarters in order to operate the management-control functions in an integrated manner under the representative director and strengthen the management-control structure and accelerate decision-making.
