「To accelerate the formulation of sustainability-related policies, the Company will establish the Sustainability Committee on 1 July 2023 as the body responsible for identifying, analysing and managing risks and opportunities going forward. The committee will be chaired by the Representative Director and President and comprise representatives from each business and administrative division, together with officers and employees appointed by the President. It is expected to meet once each quarter and report to the Board of Directors every six months on the status of and policies concerning sustainability.」
