「We adopted the hub-and-spoke model for the first time and established a scheme in which the flagship Ichonamiki-dori store serves as the hub and delivers bento prepared in-store to the JR Yokohama Tower store, the spoke. This has enabled us to reduce kitchen-equipment costs and store floor space. We intend to use this as a basis for exploring a wider range of locations for future openings. With the opening of the JR Yokohama Tower store, the total number of stores stood at 4 as of the end of the second quarter of the current consolidated fiscal period.」
