Governance structure
The Compensation Committee, established on 14 August 2023 as an advisory body to the Board of Directors, will be abolished as of 27 June 2026. Going forward, the Board of Directors will deliberate and determine compensation and other matters for individual directors based on the policy for determining individual compensation and other matters.
