The reasons the company gives
The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers. The third-party allotment is intended to raise funds for growth initiatives, including deepening collaboration with the テンポス Group, restructuring the franchise business, opening new stores, transitioning the existing business model, expanding the e-commerce business, investing in human resources, and pursuing M&A. The reduction in stated capital and capital reserve is intended to improve the Company's financial position at an early stage and prepare for flexible capital policies. Common shares will not receive dividends because the Company made a comprehensive assessment of its results for the current fiscal year, the business environment, and the need to retain earnings to support continued growth.
