During the cumulative third-quarter period, the company recognised part of the costs of relocating the logistics centre. It also resolved on 27 January 2023 to sell property, plant and equipment at the former logistics centre and signed the agreement on 31 January. The sale is intended to make effective use of management resources and improve asset efficiency, with handover scheduled for late March 2023 and a gain on sale of property, plant and equipment of approximately ¥269 million expected.
