The reasons the company gives
The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers. At Palette Plaza, the rush demand for the “Nandemo Dubbing” all-media dubbing service had run its course. Rolife’s sales remained solid as it captured inbound demand, but its cost ratio rose due to higher purchase prices. In the mobile business, stricter intake procedures were introduced to address users who switch providers frequently. This led to higher personnel expenses due to longer customer-service times, a temporary decline in the number of new customers acquired, and lower incentive income.
