Notice Concerning Changes to the Repayment Deadline under a Loan Agreement with Financial Covenants and Changes to the Financial Covenants

The repayment dates for our Tranche B and C borrowings and the borrowings of our consolidated subsidiary were changed from 31 August 2026 to 30 December 2026. The financial covenants were changed from the previous conditions concerning profit, net assets and borrowings to a condition requiring operating profit at the end of each fiscal year to be at least the planned amount.
