Notice Concerning Changes (Enhancement) to the Shareholder Benefit Program

The shareholder benefit program will be changed to provide points twice a year to shareholders holding 800 shares or more after the stock split. Because the same number of points as before the split will apply to the post-split number of shares, the benefits will effectively be expanded compared with before the split.
