「As a result, revenue was ¥584.9 million, up 5.3% year on year, and operating profit was ¥51.5 million, up 19.9%. In the retail business, revenue was ¥1,110.5 million, down 0.1% year on year, and operating profit was ¥94.9 million, down 10.9%. We focused on the appropriate management and efficient operation of rental assets, resulting in revenue of ¥18.4 million, up 5.5% year on year, and operating profit of ¥12.5 million, up 1.2%. Although we worked to improve productivity through more efficient operations and reduce expenses, partly due to the rebound from the previous year's downturn caused by the spread of COVID-19, revenue was ¥41.9 million, up 6.8% year on year, and operating profit was ¥5.7 million, up 7,513.4%. We worked to improve operational efficiency by thoroughly implementing the fundamentals of design, supervision and construction at worksites, resulting in revenue of ¥53.6 million, down 3.5% year on year, and operating profit of ¥0.8 million, compared with an operating loss of ¥4 million in the year-earlier period.」
