「The Company adopts “I Want to Support Life” as its philosophy and “harmony among people” as its guiding principle. It believes that only when people, corporate profits and growth, and social contribution each mature in a balanced manner can it become a corporate group needed by society. It also has four principles of conduct that may be described as “Naga-ism”: trust people; pursue fundamental principles and remain steadfast; build a sustainable growth business model; and never forget to express gratitude to those around us.」
It has, for the first time, explicitly set out its philosophy regarding contributions to life and health, corporate growth, social contribution, and human resources and conduct, together with four principles of conduct, as basic governance principles.
