The reasons the company gives
The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers.Revenue and gross profit declined due to constraints on the progress of some construction projects resulting from the impact of the Osaka-Kansai Expo on the construction business, as well as the reactionary decline from rush demand in the year-earlier period. In human resources-related services, one-time expenses associated with the acquisition of a business, and in nursing care, increases in depreciation and personnel expenses also weighed on operating profit.
