The reasons the company gives
The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers. In the first quarter, growth in life insurance commissions from the online sales organization, real estate sales and cross-selling offset the decline in revenue from the sale of the MoneyPro Shop business. Selling, general and administrative expenses were also contained through cost reductions and decreases in personnel expenses, rent, amortization of goodwill and amortization of customer-related assets associated with the sale. For the full year, the company expects revenue to be deferred as a result of changes to the commission structure for single-premium life insurance, a change in its real estate sales policy, and upfront investments including the strengthening of its training system and investment in AI.
