Reason for the revision

The timing of the sale of several properties held for sale, originally scheduled for the fourth quarter, was changed to the following consolidated fiscal year. To avoid selling the properties early by lowering the exit prices and secure the profit level set in the initial plan, priority was given to optimizing management resources and maximizing asset value. Rental income will continue to be recognized until the sales are completed, and the growth of the core online sales organization is also progressing steadily, so profit is expected to exceed the initial forecast.

Previous-period resultsNet sales: ¥5,963 million; operating profit: ¥461 million; ordinary profit: ¥497 million; profit attributable to owners of the parent: ¥178 million; earnings per share: ¥31.85
Dividend forecast revisionThe year-end dividend forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2026 has been increased by ¥5 per share, from ¥60.00 to ¥65.00. The annual dividend has also been increased from ¥60.00 to ¥65.00 per share.
