Items this document does not state (20)
These are items the company does not state in this document. We do not leave them blank, nor fill them in from other sources or by inference.
The reasons the company gives
The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers.Gross profit, operating profit and ordinary profit increased as a result of higher sales and production of blood pressure monitor cuffs, increased car-seat production and steady performance at the Vietnam production facility. The Company stated that operating profit absorbed the impact of higher personnel expenses due to increased staffing and wage increases, as well as higher new-product development costs in the Medical Healthcare business. The reason for not presenting an earnings forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2027 is that the Company is expected to be delisted following the tender offer and subsequent procedures.
