The reasons the company gives
The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers. The company determined that it would be difficult to calculate medium- to long-term earnings projections reasonably and reliably due to domestic and overseas market trends, soaring raw material and energy prices, geopolitical risks, and automotive manufacturers' strategic reviews. Regarding the operating margin shortfall, it cited weak customer sales in the Chinese market, soaring raw material, labor and energy costs, the U.S. tariff issue, weak sales by major customers, and a temporary increase in development costs associated with the simultaneous development of new models.
