「Based on its information security promotion plan, the group implements measures against external cyberattacks and conducts awareness and training programmes for employees. It also maintains cyber insurance in preparation for any damage caused by a cyberattack or other event. Nevertheless, if an information security incident caused by an external cyberattack or other event, or an outflow of funds due to fraud, occurs, it could adversely affect the group’s operating results and financial condition, depending on the scale of the damage.」
