For the first time, a measure was outlined to establish a regional headquarters to centrally manage management functions and resources across the European sites in Germany, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Serbia and Italy. The operating structure has become more specific, including the creation of European CEO, CTO and CFO positions responsible for decision-making, governance, resource allocation and profitability improvement.
