「To “identify, mitigate and remedy adverse human rights impacts” across the supply chain, we created a human rights risk map for our company in fiscal 2025 and selected “prevention of sexual harassment” as a risk mitigation theme. We used e-learning and held seminars led by external and internal instructors to prevent sexual harassment that may occur unintentionally.」

「One of the targets under the materiality theme of “Respect for Human Rights” is to “establish human rights due diligence.” We are working to raise human rights awareness by holding seminars led by external and internal instructors, while continuing efforts to mitigate human rights issues, including identifying “adverse human rights impacts,” and advancing the establishment of human rights due diligence.」
