The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers.To further improve capital efficiency in light of the stock market's valuation, current share price levels and other factors. The company believes that avoiding a temporary deterioration in supply and demand caused by market sales by shareholders with policy holdings, and acquiring treasury shares, will contribute to improving capital efficiency through EPS and ROE. The cancellation is intended to reduce the level of treasury shares held and promote a capital policy that takes capital efficiency into account.
