「At a meeting of its Board of Directors held on 21 October 2024, the Company resolved to enter into a share transfer agreement to acquire all shares of 株式会社ラクーンレント from RACCOON HOLDINGS,Inc. The agreement was signed on the same date, and all shares were acquired on 1 November 2024. As 株式会社ラクーンレント operates in the same rent guarantee business as the Company’s group, the Company believes that the transaction will facilitate the sharing of expertise and management resources in areas such as sales cooperation, receivables collection and contract management, and is expected to contribute to the company’s revenue and profit generation. 株式会社ラクーンレント also has a track record in business-use guarantees, an area in which the Company’s group is seeking opportunities for growth. The Company acquired the shares after determining that bringing the company into the group would provide a foothold for expanding the business-use guarantee business.」
