The reasons the company gives
The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers. In the domestic real estate fund business, new sales were temporarily suspended and cancellations were handled in light of the possibility of future tax law revisions. In the overseas real estate fund business, there were no new projects arranged or sold, both of which contributed to the decline in sales. Meanwhile, the lease fund business performed well, supported by sales of high-yield projects and strong investor demand. Operating profit was also affected by higher bonuses following the strong performance of FPG Amentum Limited.
