The reasons the company gives
The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers.Operating income (loss) improved due to a higher gross margin resulting from increases in the event revenue mix and the in-house e-commerce revenue mix within comic e-commerce, the effect of higher revenue, and fixed-cost reductions. Meanwhile, the deterioration in ordinary and net income (loss) was attributable to a ¥216.793 million crypto asset valuation loss on ETH held by the Company, following the decline in the market price of ETH.
