「At the Sustainability Committee meeting held in December 2024, the committee reorganized the structure and renamed the Quality Committee under it the “Product and Service Quality Committee.” This followed a review that the committee’s activities had been focused on product safety, and was intended to implement initiatives to improve the quality of products and services and achieve customer satisfaction.」
