Reason for the revision

Amid growth in Japan’s internet advertising market, the company secured solid orders, and the SMM business and live-streaming platform business have been recording annual sales growth of more than 10%. In the SMM business, solid performance across its services and multiple additional orders during the first half contributed to the increase in sales. In the live-streaming platform business, the expansion of user activity, particularly through the 1-on-1 talk feature, and campaign initiatives also contributed to higher sales. On the profit side, higher gross profit, improved operational efficiency through the use of AI, and ongoing cost management contributed to the increase.

Previous-period resultsFor the fiscal year ended September 2025: consolidated net sales of ¥7,131 million, consolidated operating income of ¥349 million, consolidated ordinary income of ¥344 million, net income attributable to owners of the parent of ¥385 million, and basic earnings per share of ¥95.93
