Reason for the revision

While the logistics equipment rental business, centered on integrated palletization, is progressing steadily, sales have declined due to customers holding off on purchases and other factors amid soaring logistics materials prices resulting from the situation in the Middle East. In addition, after factoring in the maximum expected temporary structural reform costs associated with business transfers and the consolidation of depots, profits are expected to slightly exceed the previous forecast.

Previous-period resultsFull-year results for the fiscal year ended August 2025: net sales of ¥15,354 million, operating profit of ¥277 million, ordinary profit of ¥749 million, net income attributable to owners of the parent of ¥336 million, and earnings per share of ¥43.89
Dividend forecast revisionThe year-end dividend has been increased by ¥2, from the previous forecast of ¥35.00 to ¥37.00. Total annual dividends have also been increased from ¥35.00 to ¥37.00.
