「The term of Audit Corporation A&A Partners, the Company's accounting auditor, expired upon the conclusion of the 12th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 26 September 2024. In April 2024, the accounting auditor notified the Company that it wished to decline continuation of the audit engagement upon expiry of its term because, amid changes in the environment surrounding the audit industry, audit hours and costs required to appropriately conduct audit risk assessments and risk responses had increased, making it difficult to organise an appropriate audit team for the fiscal year ending June 2025.」
