Reason for the revision

Due to delays in the repayment of short-term loans receivable, the Company carefully assessed their recoverability and, from a conservative perspective, will record the provision for allowance for doubtful accounts as a non-operating expense in the financial results for the third quarter of the fiscal year ending June 2026. In addition, the Company expects to sell one property held for sale in its renewable energy business during the current fiscal year, resulting in consolidated revenue and consolidated operating profit exceeding the previous forecast. The loans receivable are expected to be collected within the next several months.
