The reasons the company gives
The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers. The increases in revenue and operating profit were driven by growth in dispatch and placement revenue in the overseas IT talent business, among other factors. Ordinary profit declined because one-off non-operating expenses were incurred in the first quarter. Seed Tech's loss was attributable to upfront investment and various expenses associated with the integration of management, among other factors.
