The reasons the company gives
The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers.Against a backdrop of a shortage of engineers in the construction industry, the Company strengthened recruitment, sales, and education and training. In addition, in March 2026, it made 株式会社TEホールディングス and 株式会社トライトエンジニアリング wholly owned subsidiaries. As a result, the number of engineers and revenue per unit increased. The resulting increase in gross profit, attributable to higher revenue and an improved gross profit margin, absorbed the increase in selling, general and administrative expenses caused by higher amortization of goodwill and recruitment costs.
