The reasons the company gives
The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers. In the energy sector, costs including advertising and promotion expenses and outsourcing expenses were incurred ahead of revenue as the company increased its acquisition of subscription-based contracts, and it explained that future profits would be recognized from Q3 onward. In the human resources sector, profit is difficult to generate in Q2 because of the earlier start of the job-hunting process and the changeover in the target graduating class, while the number of recruitment placements is expected to increase from Q3. Regarding financing, the company aims to achieve EPS growth exceeding the dilution through strengthening its financial base via a private placement and making growth investments.
