The reasons the company gives
The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers. The dividend was determined in accordance with the policy of providing stable and continuous returns to shareholders, based on a consolidated dividend payout ratio of at least 30%, while comprehensively considering the strengthening of earnings power, the development of the business and financial foundations, retained earnings, business performance and the business environment. Although full-year business performance remains uncertain, the financial foundation is stable and business is progressing smoothly, so a dividend of ¥9, the same as in the previous fiscal year, will be paid regardless of business performance.
