The reasons the company gives
The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers. The main factors behind the decline in revenue were the transfer of shares in トータルサポート株式会社 and its exclusion from the consolidated results in October 2025, the termination of contracts with certain foreign IT clients, stalled growth among customers ranked 11th to 20th by revenue, the completion of certain projects in the training business, and lower orders for new-hire training. Operating profit was affected by the underabsorption of fixed costs resulting from lower revenue, higher outsourcing and venue costs due to inflation, and a deterioration in the cost ratio caused by changes in the revenue mix.
