Notice Regarding the Expected Approval of the Listing of an Investee Company on the Tokyo Stock Exchange and the Expected Recognition of Extraordinary Income

Our investee company, Skyfall, received approval for a new listing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Growth Market, and we decided to sell approximately half of our shareholding. We expect to recognize an extraordinary gain of approximately ¥242 million in the fiscal year ending August 2027 as a result of the sale, although the actual amount will vary depending on the share price at the time of the secondary offering.
