These are items the company does not state in this document. We do not leave them blank, nor fill them in from other sources or by inference.
The reasons the company gives
The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers. In FY2025, growth in the commercial engines, defense, and nuclear energy businesses, improved profitability, asset sales, the absence of one-time expenses and the reversal of provisions for doubtful accounts recognized in the previous fiscal year, and improved tax effects contributed to higher revenue and profit. Meanwhile, profitability deteriorated and restructuring expenses were incurred in the overseas energy business and other operations. In FY2026, the Company expects business expansion in commercial engines and defense, improved profitability in the energy business, and planned asset sales, while factoring in the reversal of the impact of large projects in the previous fiscal year, higher R&D and personnel expenses, foreign exchange effects, and buffers for geopolitical risks and restructuring.
