Establishment of the Human Life Solutions Business Division

「The Group promotes a three-axis management model in which 5 business execution divisions, namely Functional Materials, Information Functional Materials, ICT, Human Life Solutions and Advanced Film Solutions, from the current consolidated fiscal year, among others, constitute the business axis; 7 overseas regions constitute the area axis; and specialist departments such as human resources and accounting constitute the functional axis, with the 3 axes complementing and cooperating with one another in managing the business.」
