20% Target for the Proportion of Women in Management to Promote Women’s Advancement and Ensure Diversity

「We have not imposed any particular restrictions on the appointment of women, foreign nationals or mid-career hires to management positions and are working to ensure diversity. At present, we have 1 female manager. However, our childcare leave rules and accumulated paid leave rules provide benefits related to childcare, and we are also promoting women's participation in various training programs. Accordingly, we expect the proportion of women to increase through greater participation and appointment of women in the future.
